Exchange Policy

We strive for excellence in quality and hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in an unlikely case that you would like to go for an exchange, these are the pointers you should refer to:

Return and Exchanges Terms:

Please write to us at shoppaulami@gmail.com with the reasons for exchange and order details. We really want you to enjoy the products purchased, and thus we will replace the pieces if we find the demand is reasonable. However, the sole discretion of exchange lies with the brand, PAULAMI. Exchange should be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

Please read the item descriptions carefully. Please also understand that monitors are tuned differently and colors that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% same in the actual product. In the event of an exchange, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to our warehouse. We will although take care of shipping another product at our cost.

Please note by purchasing from PAULAMI, you are agreeing to our above-mentioned terms, conditions and policies. 

Credit Note Policy:

In the event that the buyer does not want to take a product for the exchange, we will issue a credit note of the full value minus the convenience charge of 150 INR. This credit note would be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
