International Shipping Charges
International shipping is charged at a flat rate based on the total packed weight of your order:

Up to 500 g — ₹3,000
-
501 g to 1 kg — ₹5,000
For orders above 1 kg, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm the applicable shipping charges.
We work with reliable international shipping partners and select the most suitable shipping service for your destination and order. The shipping partner may vary depending on the destination, service availability and other logistical considerations.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
International shipping charges paid at checkout cover the cost of shipping your order from India to the destination country.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the shipping charge and are payable by the customer/recipient.
Customs duties and import regulations vary from country to country and are determined by the destination country's customs authorities. PAULAMI does not have control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount that may be payable.
Before placing an international order, we recommend that customers check the applicable import regulations and charges in their country.
Customs Clearance & Delivery
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and email address and for responding promptly to any requests from the shipping carrier or customs authorities.
If additional information, documentation or payment is required for customs clearance, the customer is responsible for providing the required information and paying any applicable charges.
Delays caused by customs clearance, customs inspections, import procedures or other processes in the destination country are outside PAULAMI's control.
Refusal of Delivery or Non-Payment of Customs Charges
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned or returned because the recipient:

refuses to accept the shipment;
-
refuses or fails to pay applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges;

does not provide information or documentation required for customs clearance;

does not respond to the shipping carrier or customs authorities; or
-
provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address;
the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred by PAULAMI as a result.
These costs may include return-to-origin shipping charges, customs or clearance charges, storage charges, handling charges, disposal charges or other fees imposed by the carrier or relevant authorities.
The original international shipping charge is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
If the parcel is returned to PAULAMI, any return-to-origin or other charges incurred by PAULAMI may be deducted from any refund otherwise due to the customer.
Delivery Refusal
Because PAULAMI jewellery is handcrafted and prepared specifically for our customers, refusal of delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a full refund.
Any refund, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, after deducting any shipping, return, customs, handling or other charges incurred by PAULAMI.
Delivery Times
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping service, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
Estimated delivery timelines provided at the time of dispatch are indicative and are not guaranteed. Customs delays and circumstances outside PAULAMI's control may result in longer delivery times.
Remote Areas
Some destinations or postcodes may be classified as remote areas by our shipping partners. In such cases, an additional delivery charge may apply.
If an additional charge is required before dispatch, we will contact the customer for confirmation before shipping the order.
Important Note
By placing an international order with PAULAMI, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

applicable customs duties, import taxes and destination-country charges are the customer's responsibility;

customs clearance may require the customer's cooperation;

refusal or failure to accept delivery may result in additional charges;

return-to-origin costs resulting from the customer's refusal, non-payment or failure to cooperate are the customer's responsibility; and
-
the original international shipping charge is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
