Shipping Information:
We ship through our Logistics partner Shiprocket.in, which enables us to choose courier services which are registered and trustworthy. Sometimes, we also ship through India post.
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as working days for standard shipping deliveries*
Domestic Shipping:
- There is a shipping charge of Rs.100 till the billing amount is Rs. 3000. Over that, shipping is free.
- If buying multiple products, please place single order to take advantage of free shipping. We will not be able to combine multiple orders for free shipping benefit.
- COD facility is currently not available.
- Our pieces are mostly ready to ship and would be shipped within 48 hours of placing order. It should reach you within 4-5 working days after dispatch, anywhere in India.
- Incase, you need an express delivery please leave a note or write at shoppaulami@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9999091208. We could offer solutions which would be on pay per actuals basis.
- If your delivery address is not serviceable for some reason, we shall inform you within 24 hrs.
- Orders shall be delivered only to the shipping address mentioned, at the time of checkout. No changes can be made to shipping address/email/ phone no. once it has been shipped. Incase, of any wrong details entered, please email us immediately at shoppaulami@gmail.com
- Delivery shall be attempted thrice, post which it shall be returned to us. Under such circumstances, no refund shall be entertained.
- Please provide accurate and complete shipping address including correct PINCODE, and mobile no. for hassle free deliveries.
International Shipping:
- International shipping and payment is not active on this website, yet we do offer International shipping, with additional shipping cost as per actuals.
- Please finalize your order, and reach us at shoppaulami@gmail.com to discuss the shipping estimate and the payment modes.
- We would give you a expected date of delivery , once the shipping partner is finalized.
- We typically use DHL for our international shipping. However, we can discuss other preferred delivery partners.
- For international shipping, there would be additional shipping cost.
- Duties and Taxes are not included in your shipping payment.
- Customers to pay applicable taxes and duties directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If the customer refuses to pay these charges, and therefore delivery is not made, no refunds shall be entertained.
All orders are processed from Kalkaji, New Delhi, India.

For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit cards and credit cards (including Mastercard and Visa), Net Banking across major banks as well as recognized wallets and UPI options. We also have direct “Bank transfer” as Payment mode, however if the transfer is not made within 48 hours, the order would be auto cancelled.
