Shipping Information:

We take full responsibility of product till it reaches you. 

Domestic Shipping:

• Our costs are inclusive of shipping within India.
• COD facility is currently not available
• Our pieces are mostly ready to ship and would be shipped within 48 hours of placing order. It should reach you within 4-5 working days after dispatch, anywhere in India.
• If your delivery address is not serviceable for some reason, we shall inform you within 24 hrs.

International Shipping:

• Please allow up to 15 days for delivery.
• All our international couriers are sent through India Speed Post - EMS.
• For international shipping, there would be additional shipping cost. Please write to us at shoppaulami@gmail.com for the estimate with full delivery address details.

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

We work with a reliable shipping partner and you should receive within 4-5 days of placing an order. However, it may take longer in case of a remote location or any other special condition. In case of any special request, please let us know at the time of placing the order.
